JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

As we strive to expand our presence in the Dubai market, we are seeking a results-oriented and well-connected Sales Director with a strong network within the medical community.

Position Overview:
We are in search of a Sales Director who possesses an in-depth understanding of the Dubai medical community, including established connections with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy, forging partnerships, and expanding our market share in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sales Leadership:
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Dubai medical community.
• Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and market penetration goals.

Network Development:
• Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new connections within the medical community, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships to enhance the company's market presence.

Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to adapt and refine sales strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination to address market needs effectively.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior sales role within the nutraceutical or healthcare industry in Dubai.
• Extensive network and strong relationships within the Dubai medical community.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving sales targets.
