We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our real estate development sales team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, strategies, and initiatives. In addition to achieving sales targets, the role involves managing both local and international sales markets and ensuring the implementation of effective pricing strategies and release plans. This position is crucial for driving the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and manage the release of new projects to maximize sales and profitability.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, ensuring sales operations align with overall business objectives and targets are met.
• Drive the achievement of ambitious sales targets across local and international markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and contribute effectively to the sales pipeline.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to achieve optimal results.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in real estate development within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of both local and international real estate markets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and pricing models.
