JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.
- Managing and mentoring the sales team, cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet evolving market conditions.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecast.
- Conducting regular sales meetings to review progress and refine strategies
Requirements:
Position Title: Sales DirectorEmployment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
- Must have at least 5-10 yrs of experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of exceeding targets
