JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical distributor company is actively recruiting a Sales Director for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Establish good relationships with clients and key opinion leaders.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience within the Pharmaceuticals Industry.
- Must have UAE experience.
- Local distributor experience is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
- Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
