JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively promote a diverse range of industrial products, including FRP/GRP/FIBER Composite Products, Modular Support Systems, Fall Arrest Systems, and Sealing Solutions. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our sales within the UAE market, by aligning technical capabilities with customer needs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing valuable market and technical insights, and execute these strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Offer technical guidance and support to customers, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, while also identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and potential clients, clarifying product advantages and applications.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
• Attend, engage with stakeholders, and gather insights at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry within UAE.
• Technical knowledge of FRP/GRP/FIBER Composite Products and related industrial products.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license.
