Sales Engineer - Instrumentation/Pneumatic/Hydraulics

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Instrumentation, Pneumatic, and Hydraulics products to join our team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the oil & gas industry, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory, actively prospecting and acquiring new clients to expand the company's market share.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose suitable products, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company, while meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance the company's competitive position.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback, contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with key stakeholders and promote the company's products and services, professionally representing the organization.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) would be a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, specifically within the oil & gas industry, with a focus on selling instrumentation, pneumatic, or hydraulic products.
- Solid understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts to clients effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess market potential, and develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory and occasionally internationally, as required by the business needs.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.
