Sales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling electrical products and services, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical industry.
- Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors' products.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical information to clients.
- Demonstrated negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally internationally.
- Valid UAE driving license.
