JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes, coupled with exceptional sales acumen. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while providing tailored solutions to meet our clients' water treatment needs. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the water treatment sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the UAE.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on our water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Prepare, Send Out and Follow up Quotations with Technical Support, Commercial Negotiations until Sale Close Out as per Company Sales Procedure.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to tailor solutions to clients' specific requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the water treatment sector.
- Forecast and Achieve Annual Sales Target.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering- Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Processes & Equipment Sales.
- Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
