JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- To establish new business by identifying and selling prospects
- Participate in the development and implementation of the sales plan and programs for the business ensuring the consistency with the overall business plan of the company.
- Sells to a wide variety of customers in different industries or walks of life.
- Maintain good relationships with the companies/ customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or the personal contacts.
- Achieve the agreed individual sales targets
- To provide the accurate feedback on the future buying trends to the Company or HoD.
- Promote the Companys products to new and existing customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets.
- Enhance existing client relationships & upgrade them into the WPS.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with Companys clients through excellent customer service.
- Addresses client inquiries and ensures their needs are consistently met.
- Performs sales activities for most or all products available in diverse product lines
- Develops new business prospects in specific geographic areas through cold calls.
- To assist the management in taking the appropriate decisions in the discussions in the forthcoming products and on the special promotions
- Ensure to deliver consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the customer queries in order to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains & establish personal networks to benefit business development
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs a variety of tasks as & when required by line manager..
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate should be Graduate in the Business or management
- 5-6 year's of sales exp. from banking or financial institution with a good understanding of banking practices
- The candidate should be self motivated in achieving the goals.
- Good communication & dynamic personality is highly desired
- The candidate should be able perform the job independently. He should be having the capability to thrive in todays competitive market.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within banking industry
- The candidate should posses the high skills of teamwork.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

- Valid UAE Drivers License
- Age : Below 30 years.
