JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary
• We are a small British consultancy firm operating from our modern Abu Dhabi office, providing online training and consultancy services to businesses throughout the GCC. We are looking to hire a seasoned sales professional to drive our business forward working in house.
• This is 100% sales role and so only apply is you are a proven “sales developer and closer”, the candidate is totally responsible for the company’s sales generation and so will work alone reporting directly to the company CEO.
• The successful candidate will be provided Laptop, Mobile Phone, freedom to occasionally work remotely.
• A good salary and a higher than market monthly cash bonus will be provided, along with standard UAE Visa/Health Etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience Evidence of these will be required at interview.
• Experienced thriving in a high-pressure sales environment, with evidence of high sales achievements.
• Past experience working in-door sales – winning customers via email/telephone/web-chat.
• Proven ability to “Close the Deal”.
• Must have worked independently and managed your own diary.
• Proven self-starter, target driven with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Preferably from B2B within the consulting/software/training environment.
Must have skills - kindly do not apply if you do not hold these.
• B2B - Telephone selling experience to GCC businesses.
• 110% Sales & Bonus driven candidates should only apply.
• Excellent diary & client management skills.
• Proven sales closer.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to work alone, unsupervised whilst remaining target focused.
