JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Previous in real estate sales and holiday home experience in finding leads to list their homes with us.
• Property valuations for listings in short term rental and to help homeowners obtain the best rental income
• Expertise in the local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales.
• Actively seek out new listing opportunities through cold calling.
• Answer questions about contracts and terms of listing and payouts.
• Obtain, maintain and update exclusive listing deals.
• Take guests/clients on home tours and attend open houses (viewings).
• Appraise property values, finding the right areas to expand our portfolio of holiday homes.
• Prepare documents after getting homeowners to list, such as short-term rental agreements, NOC, deeds.
• Attend conventions, seminars, and staff association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
• Obtain a Good network and data.

REQUIREMENTS

• With expert sales and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as keen ability to network to build the business
• Strong work ethics; pleasant and trustworthy demeanor; high level of honesty and integrity
• Ability to work independently, understand and present contracts
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
