JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Build a remarkably close relationship with customers, provide the finest service that a customer needs, get to know them and understand their conditions and capacity in the market, develop a daily, weekly, and seasonal communication mechanism, and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
• Search for new clients and Promote sales by introducing the company’s products and services.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms.
• Managing inquiries with suitable pricing.
• Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
• Process sales orders and follow up on shipment
• Sends order confirmation to the logistics team and follows up with them and the customers regarding the status of the shipment.
• Follow up on customer aftersales feedback
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
