JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of resources for sales
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Wear multiple hats (Sales, Admin and PA)
- Provide daily and weekly workflow forecasts and reports for the director
- Sales commission will be guaranteed*

**Sales commission will be discussed during interview.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a sales Exec with administrative roles (Business development and digital marketing skills are a plus)

- Friendly personality with an extroverted nature
- Ability to venture out and connect with potential clients with ease (Interpersonal skills)
- Comfortable with working alone during the initial stages as the other members travel often
- A drive to learn, being self-motivated(intrinsic) values self-improvement
- A love for completing tasks, achieving goals, and increasing your value as an asset to the company
- An employee that sees the company as their own and is willing to put in the extra effort when needed
- Able to provide references of good standing
- A degree in Sales, digital marketing or Business Admin is recommended
