JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This opportunity is with a human resources consulting provider in Dubai.
As Sales Executive, you will mainly conduct research in the market, evaluate the needs of the customers, and seek out selling possibilities. You will also set up meetings with prospective clients and check their concerns. Mainly, you will help the organization build its business activities. You will work with different employees involved in the Sales department. As you identify sales prospects, you will also do some negotiation while maintaining good customer satisfaction. You will serve as the key point of contact between the clients and an organization. It is your job to demonstrate the services the organization offers to selected clients. Expanding business is your goal to further advance the growth of the organization. Networking, cold calling and social media are some of the tasks you will do. Other than that, you will create reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Handling complaints and objections is something you should be able to surpass.
Your duty is primarily focused on management with regards to sales goals. By preparing budgets and forecasts, you will be able to analyze reports and customer surveys. You will do a lot of planning before implementing sales strategies and techniques.
To be successful, you would ideally need to have at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience. Background in human resources industry is a plus. You should have great sales skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, phone and presentation skills and excellent customer service. It is a plus if you are proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. Being proficient in English is required. It is important that you have a thorough understanding of the techniques in marketing and negotiating. Being a fast learner and having a passion for sales is something you should possess.
