JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Automotive and Distribution industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the dynamic market of Turkey. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, and use insights to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product developments and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Language Fluency: English and Turkish- Current Location: UAE or Any where

- Age Range: 26 to 40
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Selling and Negotiation skills
- Specialist knowledge: Automotive, spare parts
- University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
