JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our market expansion and drive revenue growth in a competitive landscape. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance regularly.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry innovations to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
