Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and referral channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate rental vehicles and services to potential clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Assist clients with their rental needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car rental industry.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Company vehicle, medical insurance, air ticket eligible amount
