KSA Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Senior Sales Executive to spearhead the search for agencies and sales business partners for distributing our FMCG products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. This role will focus on expanding the reach of our product portfolio, specifically basic necessities such as tea and rice, through strategic partnerships with agencies and distributors in KSA.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 10 years working in FMCG sales in KSA, with an extensive and reliable network of sales agencies, distributors, and business partners. You will be responsible for identifying and securing business partnerships that drive sales and market penetration in one of the largest and most dynamic markets in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize your existing network and industry knowledge to identify and engage potential sales agencies, distributors, and business partners in KSA. Focus on agencies with strong local market expertise, established customer bases, and a track record of success in FMCG distribution, particularly in basic-necessities like tea and rice.
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with reliable agencies and partners. Establish mutually beneficial partnerships with a focus on increasing the brand's presence and sales volume in the KSA market.
• Lead negotiations with potential agencies to establish favorable distribution agreements, including terms around pricing, delivery schedules, promotional strategies, and compliance with local regulations.
• Track agency performance and sales progress, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are met. Provide guidance and support to agencies to maximize their effectiveness in the market.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for expanding the company's footprint in KSA. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regional growth plans.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, business development, or distribution management, with a specific focus on the KSA market. Experience working with essential consumer goods such as tea, rice, and other basic necessities is highly preferred.
• An established and reliable network of sales agencies, distributors, and potential business partners within the KSA FMCG sector. Demonstrated ability to leverage these relationships to create business opportunities
• Strong knowledge of KSA’s FMCG distribution channels, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior. Familiarity with both local and international brands and a track record of successful business partnerships is essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure and maintain strategic business relationships and contracts. Ability to navigate complex deals and resolve conflicts to ensure long-term success.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders across all levels of business.
• In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in a competitive market.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
