JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in electrical Machines Repair and service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop customer relations with leads provided by company to generate business.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance to management regularly.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 Years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical industry.- UAE Driving Licence.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and customer interactions will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Technical field will be an added advantage.
