Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• B2B Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in the waterproofing and construction industry, targeting contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with project decision-makers to drive long-term business growth.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and performance dashboards to track progress and optimize conversions.
• Revenue Growth Strategy: Expand market share in assigned territories through strategic prospecting, solution-based selling, and competitive market positioning.
• Technical Sales & Site Engagement: Conduct site visits, deliver technical presentations, and provide follow-up support to ensure project specifications are met and deals are closed efficiently.

Requirements:
• University Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years of sales experience in the waterproofing industry, with a strong track record in driving revenue and building client relationships.
• Specialist knowledge: Skilled in delivering both introductory and technical presentations to clients.
• In-depth knowledge of current market trends and sales strategies.
• Proven ability to forecast sales and develop data-driven business plans.
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
• Customer-focused with excellent after-sales support and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
• Age Range: 30-35

• Current Location: Inside UAE

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
