Job description
The Sales Executive at The Blue Lotus will play a pivotal role in driving membership acquisition and supporting the club’s growth strategy. This client-facing position focuses on identifying potential members, nurturing leads, and delivering a sophisticated onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly presentable, and thrives in a luxury hospitality environment where excellence and relationship-building are key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify, qualify, and convert prospective leads into club members
• Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and lead nurturing to closing and onboarding
• Deliver tailored, engaging, and persuasive presentations to potential members
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM systems
• Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, lead conversion rates, and KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to implement effective outreach and campaign strategies
• Represent The Blue Lotus with professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of the club’s value proposition
• Support new member onboarding, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, high-end membership clubs, or premium lifestyle brands• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Proficient in using CRM platforms and modern sales tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Presentable, confident, and persuasive in high-level interactions
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Arabic, Russian, or French) are a plus
• A passion for luxury experiences, exclusivity, and exceptional service standards
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
