Job description

  • Prepare proposals for qualified leads or inquiries for group business segment over 10 rooms with function as per the requirements.
  • Finalize detailed arrangements on both rooms and functions with clients/organizers, and prepare the final contract accordingly.
  • Trace for confirmations and deposits with clients/organizers in accordance with the guidelines of cut-off dates.
  • Review the contracts of corporate meetings and conventions for cut-off dates, special arrangements, and requirements committed to clients/organizers.
  • Conduct a detailed handover to the event manager upon confirmation of group with signed contract and introduction of event manager to the client.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or corporate sector.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Additional language is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
