JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Sales Executive drives proactive sales and expansion initiatives to position the hotel brand competitively in the market. The role focuses on cultivating high-value partnerships, securing new accounts, and contributing to overall portfolio growth and brand performance. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel trade partners, and property owners, while negotiating contracts and ensuring maximum brand visibility
Requirements:
• He/She maintains an in-depth understanding of brands, products, services, market trends, and competitors. Actively participates in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and business opportunities.• As a role model for cluster sales teams, he/she fosters a positive image among owners, clients, bookers, agents, and colleagues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for growth and innovation while sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen the team’s overall performance
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
