JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing technology group specializing in IT and Oil & Gas solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within IT and Oil & Gas sectors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Present company solutions and services to clients and understand their technical and commercial requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field• 2–5 years of sales experience in IT or Oil & Gas industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Client-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills
• UAE driving license is preferred
