Sales Executive Engineer – Industrial Automotive Parts

Sales Executive Industrial Division
We are a leading company in bearings and power transmission solutions, and we are expanding our Industrial Sales Team.
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who can strengthen our presence in the industrial sector and grow business directly with end users across multiple industries.

What You Will Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial end users in sectors such as manufacturing, aggregates, steel, cement, food processing, packaging, logistics, and automotive production.
• Identify opportunities directly inside factories and workshops to grow bearing and power transmission sales.
• Conduct regular industrial visits to understand machine applications, pain points, and maintenance needs.
• Present MCB’s full product offering: bearings, belts, chains, seals, greases, and power transmission solutions.
• Handle inquiries, prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Follow up on quotations until deals are successfully closed.
• Process orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with clients (daily, weekly, project-based).
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and collect customer feedback.
• Monitor industrial market trends, competitor movements, and pricing updates.
• Work with the Industrial Team on monthly sales targets and industry-focused strategies

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
