Our client is one of the leading companies addressing the uniforms, crockery, cutlery, glassware and small kitchen items sectors in the region. They have a hard-earned reputation for professionalism and integrity.
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai, specializing in the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes). This role is pivotal in driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and offering tailored hospitality solutions, including crockery, cutlery, utensils, and uniforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients to identify their needs and provide customized product solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting their range of hospitality products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize company revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base and brand presence.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
They are offering a 5 day working week (0900 to 1800) with the potential of limited home working.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the HORECA or hospitality supply industry.- Knowledge of the HORECA industry and its key players in the UAE market is essential
- Strong knowledge of hospitality crockery, cutlery, utensils, and uniform products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai and the UAE as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Salary:
AED
8,500 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
