Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and tailored real estate solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess trends in the residential and commercial property sectors.
- Present property listings and organize viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, showcasing the unique features of each property.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
- Manage and update the sales database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledgeable about the local real estate market and current industry trends.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
