JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a candidate who will focus and lead as the single overall Sales leader as well as Opportunity owner of Resiliency Services/Business Continuity
The Resiliency Sales Executive role covers the UAE & Middle East
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience of relevant Business Development and Sales experience in the Private sector - Public sector – an additional plus
- Knowledge in emerging Cloud technologies Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud
- Good understanding of Network, Multiple OSs and Virtualization technologies
- Good understanding/knowledge of Enterprise Applications {Oracle EBS, SAP, O365, SharePoint and Common Databases - Oracle, SQL server
- Ongoing exposure and understanding to Emerging technologies with an ability to blend Technology and Business
- Strong Good understanding of an Organization’s Private/Hybrid/Public cloud(s) & legacy IT infrastructure(s) to allow you to build and secure contracts in DRaaS by recommending improvements to their existing On-Premise and Cloud based Infrastructures
- Develop awareness of DRaaS Services amongst Customers, Professional and Personal networking groups articulating not only the importance but also influence organizations on RTO / RPO
- Engage with customers focusing on Consultancy around Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning and Business Continuity Management
- Sell full range of Business continuity as a Service and Disaster Recovery as a Service
- Defining/qualifying Sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections and formulating potential solutions based on client requirements
- Responsible for new Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing of new accounts - proactive & immediate responses to RFPs, Negotiations, Contract and meeting Revenue generation goals
- Manage Client relationship through all the phases of sales cycle
- Ability to drive targets and managing profitability by developing and acquire New customers and upsell to existing customers for new revenue opportunities
- Ensuring clean hand-off from Pre-sales & Sales to appropriate Service delivery resources
- Work with various internal teams & Identified staff in other business units towards achievement of targets
- Strong Leadership qualities like quick decision making and Team Management skills
- Strong Communication, Troubleshooting and Analytical skills
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction among Customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales, Engineering or equivalent education
- Post graduate Sales training (preferable but not mandatory)
- English and Arabic proficiency (knowledge of other languages preferable but not mandatory)
