JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Join our dynamic team, a leading provider of innovative software solutions revolutionizing the construction industry. We specialize in providing e-tendering and procurement cloud based platform for the construction industry in the Middle East. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for technology, we're seeking talented individuals to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our continued success.

We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the construction industry including real estate developers, key government departments, engineering consultants, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fields.
- Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent networking and contact list.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preference for Arabic speakers
- UAE Driving License
