As a Sales & Business Analyst at Code Hive, you will play a dual role that not only revolves around generating sales and research market trends but also involves actively engaging with clients to close deals and provide customized business solutions. Your unique position will require a blend of analytical prowess, strategic sales skills, and a deep understanding of our clients' businesses to deliver tailored recommendations that drive their success as well as ours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales funnel to close deals. Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Lead Management: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to track lead generation efforts and update lead status in our CRM system, ensuring a seamless flow of information and a coordinated approach to client engagement.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and deploying strategic sales tactics to convert leads into clients.
- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' businesses to understand their unique challenges and needs. Leverage this insight to recommend solutions that align with their objectives and add value to their operations.
- Solution Customization: Work closely with our product and service teams to tailor offerings that best fit the client's business model and requirements, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment in strategy, objectives, and execution to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the board.
- Vision and Strategy: Your role is critical in shaping and executing our sales strategy, leveraging both data and direct client interaction to drive growth and competitive advantage.
- Client-Centric Approach: You will adopt a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding and solving the unique challenges faced by each client, thereby building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Analytical Expertise: Utilize your analytical skills to dissect market trends and client data, providing a solid foundation for strategic sales decisions and customized client solutions.
- Collaborative Leadership: Foster strong collaborations across teams, ensuring a unified approach to achieving our sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Customized Solutions: Leverage insights from your business analysis to work with our teams in crafting solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Salary: AED 7,000.00 - AED 11,000.00 per month + commission

AED 7,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Education: Bachelor's (Required)
- Experience: Sales: 2 years (Required), Business Analysis: 2 years (Preferred)
- Language: English (Fluent) and Arabic (Native)
- License/Certification: Driving licence (Required)
- Vehicle for transportation: Personal car (Required)
