JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Leasing Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales and leasing. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored automotive solutions. The Sales & Leasing Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering long-term relationships with customers, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our automotive products and leasing options to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Engage with potential customers through various channels including in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communications to generate leads and close sales.
- Identify customer needs and preferences through active listening and effective questioning, creating personalized leasing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales and leasing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in automotive industry.
- Having a relevant Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, leasing regulations, and financing options.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
