JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Sales Territory – Middle East
- Sells and promotes WireSolutions steel fibers in the territory.
- Gives technical and commercial assistance to WireSolutions customers.
- Plans daily activity including customers to visit and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve. Creates a time efficient plan and discusses it with superior.
- Identifies and analyzes customer needs and develops commercial arguments.
- Independently prepares contracts and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
- Follows and reports on claims, samples and other quality issues.
- Follows receivables and monitors commercial risk in all active customers.
- Follows the market and competition evolution.
- Reports the key sales figures to the Head of Sales.
- Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives,
- Promotional actions, new products etc. and to discuss field problems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical
- Should be proficient in English.
- Experience of at least 5 years in successfully selling construction materials and discussing with construction companies and engineering offices.
- Basic knowledge of concrete technology.
- Ability to make easily contacts,
- Interested in technical solutions and open-minded,
- Ability to detect technical problems and help to implement technical solutions.
- Mindset to be an efficient solution provider.
- Ability to plan and organize the daily routine in an efficient way.
- Ability to focus efforts and prioritize work in order to achieve goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
