JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are urgently hiring for a Sales Manager for a recognized advertising company in Al Ain.
Job Description:
• Manage the promotion of the business and its’ services.
• Develop innovative ideas and administer cost-effective sales and marketing strategies to increase sales
• Ensure sales target are met and determine sales forecast
• Establish and maintain a database of clients for continuous business growth
• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients to develop new business opportunities from new and existing accounts.
• Review the sales processes and suggest improvements; Prepare sales presentations
• Communicate and provide report to management about project status, sales and issues if any.
• Develop overall budget and manage expenses within the budget.
• Ensure timely delivery and completion of projects
• Perform research on market place and analyze industry strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses and prepare company strategies to cover all.
REQUIREMENTS
• With strong sales background and proven work experience in media sales (preferably in outdoor media)
• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Preferably Arab nationality
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with contract negotiation skills and proven track record for effectively closing business.
• Has proficient computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, Powerpoint presentations etc.
