JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Managing the team of Sales Executives relevant to your role
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures strong presence
• Contribute to the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Executives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Create a motivating environment for the team where they feel they have the developmental assistance they need to achieve their targets and progress

REQUIREMENTS

• An associate or bachelor degree in business management, or a related field
• Vast experience in the beauty/cosmetic industry
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Customer relationship management
• Experience managing and directing a sales team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Successful previous experience in a sales manager role consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry experience
• Excellent mentoring, couching and people management skills
