JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Bringing business to the company
• Taking brief during the discussion with the Client
• Prepare a sketch of the client’s requirement and be explained to the engineering dept for preparing drawing and
estimation.
• Liaise with draftsman and estimator for clarifying doubts on technical matters.
• Quotation to be prepared and sent to the client along with drawings
• Follow up with Clients and take all the steps to convert the enquiry to confirmed order.
• LPO and advance payment are to be collected for the confirmed orders.
• Production schedule prepared by the Engg. department to be shared with the Client and progress status to be updated
regularly.
• The client is to be invited for a final inspection before despatch from the yard.
• Payment follow-up and payment collections are to be initiated as per the terms of payment.
• Collect feedback from Clients
• To support in finding suitable agents in the GCC region.
• To interact on regular basis with the agents or prospective Clients in GCC Countries.
• To extend support to agents in closing the business.
