JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the company's presence and revenue in the Russian-speaking market for villas and apartments.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Proactively identify and source new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential clients, including high net worth individuals, investors, and developers from the Russian-speaking community.
• Advise clients on real estate market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities, with a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory environment.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for villas and apartments, including conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and conditions, and coordinating the closing of deals.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including lawyers, bankers, and other real estate professionals, to support business development and client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and property transactions in the company's CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a property consultant or real estate agent.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
