JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management uninterruptible power supplies , a strong understanding of the UAE market, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies and tactics as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated customer issues
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management

Salary:
USD 1,000 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a successful sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent understanding of the UAE market, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with a results-driven and proactive approach
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus
- Fluency in English,Arabic and Italian is required; additional language skills are a plus
