JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading Real Estate and Development company in the UAE, is currently seeking to hire a new Sales Manager to head up an exciting new division within their business in Dubai.

As they continue to expand their portfolio, the dedicated Sales Manager to lead our team of Brokers in achieving remarkable sales milestones, focused on luxury properties through some of the most renowned property developers in the country, as well as their own developments due to kick of in Q3 2024.

They are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who possesses exceptional leadership qualities and a proven track record in high-end luxury property sales in Dubai. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, managing a team of Brokers, and fostering client relationships to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Brokers to achieve sales objectives and exceed performance targets.
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, professionalism, and excellence.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the luxury residential market and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Identify key market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and enhance market positioning.
• Personally engage in sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures, to lead by example and drive results.

Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to clients, offering expert advice on property investments and portfolio management.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering seamless and memorable experiences throughout the sales process.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue growth, conversion rates, and market share.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual targets, and provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to maintain accurate records, manage pipeline activities, and forecast future sales projections.

In return, our client is offering a competitive basic salary with an extremely incentivizing commission and Sales Manager override that will offer monthly returns into the six figure bracket after 3 to 6 months of getting to grips with the role and establishing their team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales revenue and leading high-performance sales teams in a competitive market environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai luxury residential market, including current trends, property developments, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a motivational and collaborative approach to team management.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is also beneficial
