Job Description:
Reporting to Business Head

Responsibilities:
• Daily report and update to department head.
• Ensure purchase and supply of petrochemicals and chemicals
• Heading the sales team
• Manage trading supply chain especially in UAE and GCC.
• Develop market opportunities to trade chemicals inland over containers, trucks, ISO-tanks, drum.
• Negotiate and execute trades and deals.
• Continuously research to develop new business opportunities.
• Develop back-to-back trading in chemicals and petrochemical products.
• Maintain close contact and follow ups with all parties involved in supply chain.
• Employee is responsible for payments, receivables and entire payment cycle for each deal.
• Ensure that all trades are correctly inputted in trading capture systems and, therefore, accounted for.
• Make sure that all activities are performed within the guidelines of the policies, directives and procedures established by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven +3 years Chemical logistics and Sales experience in GCC and United Arab Emirates
• Demonstrated results – performance with top Chemical customers.
• Experience from United Arab Emirates market is desirable.
• Experienced with the Chemical industry in GCC and related Complex supply chains models
• Self motivated, who can complete tasks without supervision and who can evaluate and manage risks appropriately
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong and current knowledge of the Chemical customers
• Solid experience of Chemical logistics sales required
• Excellent time management and written communication skills
• Accounting knowledge in logistics, trading and shipping
