Job Description:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and motivation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.

About the Client:
A leading manufacturing industry, specializing in the production of high-quality color and additive masterbatches.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Chemistry, or Commerce
• Minimum 4 years experience in the similar role from Polymer/Plastics Manufacturing industry
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Must have knowledge in MS Office, SAP, Internet, and Basic Accounts
