Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

About the Client:
A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.

Requirements:

- Open to Asian, European and Arabic Nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years as Off Plan Sales Manager
- Should have proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Must have strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE.
- Immediate joiner will be prioritized
