Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential customers, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the refrigeration sector, combined with a passion for building relationships and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new customer segments to expand our client base.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales.
- Knowledge with refrigeration cabinets and condensing units is a must.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Open to applicants of any nationality.
- Position is only available for candidates based in Dubai.
- Fluent in English.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus Commission
