JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
• Gain a deep understanding of our wood joinery products, including their features, benefits, and applications and effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing relationships with contractors, developers, interior designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies as necessary.

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus

About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the UAE experience and a minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in a similar role, ideally within woodwork, joinery, furniture industry and fit out works.
• Strong knowledge of woodwork materials, furniture manufacturing, and custom joinery products
• Must be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders and able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
