JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the dynamic logistics industry. Based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional logistics solutions to our clients, fostering long-lasting relationships and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential accounts and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the logistics sector.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competition.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecast sales trends.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the logistics industry.- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Bonuses, percentage
