About the Client:
A market leading luxury Real Estate organization in Dubai, with focus on client's individualized priorities and ambitions within an exclusive global portfolio.
Job Description:
-Guiding the sales team to achieve and exceed targets by assigning leads, analysing market conditions, setting pricing strategies.
-Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs
-Overseeing complex negotiations, ensuring that contracts align with company policies and securing the necessary approvals for significant deals.
-Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
Requirements:
Qualifications:-Male, 42 years old & below
-Bachelor’s degree - business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Real Estate Sales in Dubai.
-Strong understanding of real estate properties, with a passion for luxury properties.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
