JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients for business from Dubai for our Qatar and Kuwait offices. This role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record in the marketing industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our marketing services.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships to expand the company's market reach.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential customers and growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to senior management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and promote services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the marketing or event industry.- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
