Sales Manager - Automotive Dealer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader with a passion for the automotive industry? Our client is seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive the sales team to success.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and support to team members.
• Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to coordinate sales efforts and achieve overall business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and report on sales performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
• Final responsibilities will be discussed at the interview stage.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of success in a sales management role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers and colleagues.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and sales techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software applications.
