Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution of beverage products for the company. This will be an individual contributor role and you will be working to increase sales and market share in the retail segment as well as within the diplomatic corps. (embassies/consulates).

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Ensure sales targets are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition.
• Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverages industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of local and state regulations related to beverage sales and distribution.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
