Guildhall is pleased to support a leading global company offering expert solutions for company formation, tax advisory, and business expansion services. Our client is renowned for helping businesses enter international markets through a comprehensive suite of services across multiple industries and regions. They are now seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will take a key role in leading the sales efforts and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, expanding client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with a background in corporate services or related industries to make an impact within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in key markets.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure individual and team success.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations and close high-value deals to meet business goals.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Report on sales activity and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within corporate services, consultancy, or financial services.- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish are advantageous.
Salary:
AED
22,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
