We’re a newly launched Facility Management business in Dubai focused on hard FM services (HVAC, electrical, MEP-related maintenance). We are looking for a high-performing Sales / Business Development professional who can open doors, build relationships, and bring in business using a strong UAE network.

What you will do

• Generate new business through your existing network and active prospecting
• Meet decision-makers: property managers, building owners, FM heads, developers, consultants, and community managers
• Sell annual maintenance contracts (AMC), call-out services, and project-based work
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent monthly results
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Represent the brand professionally in the market

Who we are looking for

• Proven B2B sales experience in UAE (FM / MEP / HVAC / maintenance / real estate services preferred)
• Strong network in Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi (property management companies, developers, building owners, retail chains, warehouses, etc.)
• A true hunter mindset: proactive, disciplined, target-driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license (preferred)

Requirements:
You must have:

• UAE B2B sales experience (FM/MEP/HVAC/maintenance preferred)
• Existing contacts with property managers / building owners / developers / FM decision-makers
• Ability to generate leads, close deals, and hit targets
• Strong communication + negotiation
• UAE driving license
• UAE B2B sales experience (FM/MEP/HVAC)
• Strong network + proven closings
• Confident communicator, negotiator, and self-starter

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Considerable commission + Benefits + Stock-returns gains
